How to use GSC Mobile App

Yes, you can select any available seats through the GSC E-Payment Ticketing / Mobile App.

At this point in time, only E-Vouchers are accepted through E-Payment Ticketing / Mobile App. For redemption of normal vouchers and passes, please proceed to the Box office counters.

The maximum tickets per transaction is 12 via GCS E-Payment ticketing and 6 via Mobile App.

Please ensure that you are logged in. Kindly go the E-Payment Ticketing page again and you will be able to view your Booking History. Alternatively, you can check your email for the SelfPrint Ticket with the subject ‘GSC e-Payment Ticketing: Ticket Purchase Status’.

You are allowed a maximum of THREE (3) transactions per credit/debit card, per day. However, if you’re using online banking services, you can make as many transactions as the balance in your bank account allows.

GSC E-Payment Ticketing / Mobile App processes use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. Data are encrypted to ensure data privacy and data integrity.

All internet purchases are confirmed purchases and any request for refunds, exchanges or cancellations will not be entertained.

Once the online ticket purchase payment process has been successfully completed, your credit/debit card will be immediately charged and no refunds are allowed.

We recommend that you collect the tickets in advance and distribute them to your child/friend/relative. The credit/debit card holder has to present the credit/debit card at the time of ticket collection to avoid fraud.

If you have purchased the ticket(s) through the Mobile app, you would receive a QR Code in your app, and you can scan that straightaway at the cinema checkpoint. You may also collect your movie ticket(s) from the E-Payment counter. Alternatively, you can print the SelfPrint ticket and bring it to the cinema where the GSC staff at the cinema checkpoint will scan the QR code on your SelfPrint ticket for admission.

We regret that phone/ online ticket reservation is no longer available.

The seats will be unlocked after 15 minutes.
