You will need to register or activate online via the GSC Mobile App or Website for FREE, and you’ll be entitled to a lifetime membership to GSC REWARDS!

Anyone can join and sign up to GSC REWARDS as long as they are over 18 years of age with a valid email address and a valid mobile number.

GSC REWARDS does not utilise a physical membership card. Instead, the GSC REWARDS features an e-card on the GSC Mobile App with a QR code, which can be scanned when you are purchasing tickets or concessions at the e-kiosk or cinema counter.

Every purchase at GSC and Aurum Theatre using GSC REWARDS earns you GSCoins, which can be collected to redeem rewards.

You can earn GSCoins with every transaction made online or on-ground at all GSC and Aurum Theatre. You are entitled to earn GSCoins with purchases of the following items:

• Movie tickets 
• Concession items 
• F&B items (including dine-in at JIN Gastrobar and Happy Food Co.)
• Merchandise items at the Keepsake store in Aurum Theatre, The Gardens Mall KL

For every RM1 spent on movie tickets, concession items and/or F&B items at GSC and Aurum Theatre, you will earn 5 GSCoins. 

• RM1 spent =  Earn 5 GSCoins
• RM10 spent =  Earn 50 GSCoins

GSCoins will not be earned by the following:

1. Hall Booking
2. Events Booking
3. Special Screenings or Events
4. Bulks voucher / ticket purchase from GSC Sales department
5. Any transaction that doesn’t incure any monetary value (RMO)
6. Any transaction made through GSC Sales department
7. Booking fee
8. Any transaction made through Keepsake online https://shop.gsc.com.my/
9. Any transaction made through the Self Ordering System https://cso.gsc.com.my/CSO2/home

You can begin earning GSCoins immediately after you join / activate the GSC REWARDS programme via the GSC Mobile App or Website.

No, you can only earn GSCoins when you purchase movie tickets at GSC as a GSC REWARDS Member. Past purchases prior to signing up as a member are not valid for GSCoins collection.

You can check your GSCoins balance on the GSC Mobile App or Website by signing in to GSC REWARDS and checking your “Me” page. All GSCoins earned will be credited into your account ONE (1) day after the date of movie, F&B or merchandise purchase.

No, booking fees are not entitled for earning of GSCoins.

Once you have earned sufficient GSCoins for redemption, you able to redeem the rewards voucher of Free movie tickets and F&B Voucher via GSC Mobile App or website:

• Step 1 : Open your GSC Mobile App or Website
• Step 2 : Click the “Me” Tab in mobile app / click “Sign in” in website
• Step 3 : Log in your GSC Rewards Account
• Step 4 : Click “Rewards Centre”, select & redeem your reward voucher

F&B Vouchers

• RM3 Off F&B – 300 GSCoins
• RM5 Off F&B – 500 GSCoins
• RM10 Off F&B – 1,000 GSCoins

*Thematic Ticket including movie format of IMAX, 4DX, ScreenX, Big, D-Box, Dolby, Onyx and MX4D

You are available to redeem the rewards voucher of Free movie tickets and F&B Voucher only online via GSC Mobile App or website.

You can utilize your redeemed rewards voucher at all channels available including GSC Mobile App, Website, e-kiosk and cinema counter.

Yes, you can use your accumulated GSCoins to redeem standard 2D movie tickets (excluding Special Screenings, Special Events and Film Festival screenings) for any day in any GSC outlet. 

No partial redemption of movie tickets is allowed using GSCoins.

No, GSCoins are non-transferrable.

Kindly get in touch with our Customer Relations team at cs@gsc.com.my with your proof of purchase (i.e. digital receipt or ticket stub) within 7 days from the date of movie, or the date of F&B or merchandise purchased.

Unfortunately no, In order to earn GSCoins as GSC Rewards member, kindly log in your GSC Rewards account before making transaction online via GSC Mobile App & Website or scan your member QR code before making transaction at the e-kiosk or cinema counter. 

Unfortunately, you cannot earn GSCoins from any concessions or merchandise items purchased from temporary booths or pop-up stores at the moment.

GSCoins will not be credited to your account the next day provided your movie ticket(s) are refunded before the showtime.

Yes, you can collect GSCoins when you spend at any Aurum Theatre. For every RM1 spent, you will earn 5 GSCoins.

To check the validity or expiration date of your GSCoins, please sign in to the GSC Mobile App or Website and check the “Me” page.

Your GSCoins are valid if you retain an active GSC REWARDS membership. All GSCoins are forfeited if no transactions are made for a consecutive period of 180 days.

The accumulated GSCoins validity will be extended 180 days from the date of the last transaction made at GSC. Simply spend as a GSC REWARDS member to extend the validity of your GSCoins!

Rewards vouchers are valid for 180 days from the date of voucher redemption via GSC Mobile App or Website.

No, only ONE (1) Rewards voucher can be used per transaction.

Yes, you will still earn GSCoins based on the nett amount paid, minus any discount from using the GSC-HLB credit card as your payment mode.
