This ensures that you get a wholesome and complete cinema experience when you come to see a movie at Aurum Theatre.

There is a selection of food and drink that is available with the Aurum Pass. 

Movie-goers can choose from a variety of experiences such as a platter featuring some of the best numbers from Jin Gastrobar, or ala carte plate snacks like deep-fried chicken wings, salt and pepper calamari, and ginger teriyaki chicken skewers. If you prefer, the Aurum Pass also lets you choose from Jin Gastrobar’s signature Gintonicas or cocktails.

Yes. Booking fees of Rm2.00 will be charged per Aurum Pass purchased through the GSC Website or GSC Mobile App. However, this booking fee is not applicable for purchases at the e-Kiosk or over the concierge counter.

Aurum Theatre at The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey, Johor Bahru currently feature Getha Lux Suites, which are designed to deliver the ultimate in extravagant cinema comfort. Luxury recliners, the Getha Lux Suites feature plush 100% natural latex cushioning by Getha with matching latex pillows to deliver excellent support.

The halls in Aurum Theatre at The Gardens Mall, Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur feature not only the Getha Lux Suite, but also two other types of halls called the Comfort Cabins and Escape Studios.

The Comfort Cabins feature the classic Gold Class experience with a comfy well-padded recliner, surrounded by a privacy panel; while the Escape Studio halls have a variety of seating including La-Z boy and IMG recliners. It also includes dual and four-person sofas, so you can sit with friends or family.

There are 7 halls in Aurum Theatre at the Gardens Mall, Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur. These include:

The Getha Lux Suite halls are halls that feature exclusively-designed luxury recliners, made from plush, 100% pure all-natural latex foam for unparalleled comfort and support.

The Comfort Cabins are designed to deliver a classic Gold Class experience, featuring a privacy panel, so you can recline lavishly without distraction. It also comes with a warm, fuzzy blanket, and wireless and USB chargers.

Escape Studio halls are themed differently, with each hall showcasing a unique design. Packed with a variety of seating from La-Z Boy and IMG recliners to four-seater sofas for the entire family, the youthful-inspired Escape Studio halls are available in three themes including Scandinavian Hygge minimalism, colourful pop art, or a Wes Anderson-inspired auditorium.

Our luxury recliner covers, blanket, and pillow cases are changed regularly after every show.

To ensure a more comfortable and clean experience, you are required to remove your shoes. Disposable slippers will be provided when you enter the hall.

Yes, all halls are outfitted with a special call button that you can press to request for assistance from a host. Our host are committed to delivering bespoke service – so you can ask them for help or even order fresh food and drink from Jin Gastrobar, or concessions…. all at the touch of a button.

Aurum Theatre will screen most full-length blockbuster movies that are currently showing in GSC.
