Terms & Conditions: 

1. This promotion is on a first-come first-served, white stocks last.

2. Merchandise is NOT ALLOWED to be sold SEPERATELY.

3. Merchandise cannot be exchanged for cash, non-transferable and cannot be substituted for any other items.

4. The package includes 3 hours of fun, consisting of 1 hour of Play area and 2 hours of movie screening.

5. The package is available for a minimum of 30 participants.

6. Minimum pax are subject to hall capacity in the respective locations.

7. The package is available at selected locations, refer to “How To Reserve.”

8. All bookings must be made at least 2 weeks in advance, depending on hall availability.

9. Curated menu / cake booking must be made at least 3 weeks in advance.

10. The movie screening timings are subject to fixed schedules.

11. The availability of the movie screenings is subject to the availability of the chosen movie and showtime.

12. No outside food is allowed on GSC’s premises, except for birthday cake.

13. The package is subject to availability and can be booked on a first-come, first-serve basis.

14. GSC is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the duration of the birthday event.

15. All participants must adhere to the rules and regulations set by GSC.

16. GSC reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who fails to comply with the rules and regulations.

17. GSC does not accept any responsibility for late or failure of purchase due to internet and / or other technical issues. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.

18. GSC reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary, and / or if any circumstances beyond its control arises.

19. GSC reserves the right to amend the mechanics. Terms and conditions at its absolute discretion WITHOUT prior notice.

20. GSC decision is final. Complaints will not be entertained.
