Terms & Conditions:

• All ticket purchases for the workshop are final. The ticket price is RM120 and must be paid in full to confirm your spot.
• Please note that the ticket price excludes an RM2.00 booking fee. All tickets are free seating basis.
• There are a total of 120 slots for the full-day workshop.
• For the Pilates session there will be 2 sessions to select i) 9:00AM or ii) 10:00AM with a maximum of 60 participants for each session. Slots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Participants may choose between two sessions: 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM. Participants must select a preferred time slot at the time of purchase. Each participant is entitled to one session only, and time slot changes will not be accommodated after the ticket is purchased.  

• Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the time slot you have chosen to register.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations or no-shows.
• Tickets are transferable — if you are unable to attend, you may send a replacement participant. Kindly notify the organizer in advance.

• All materials (if any) provided during the workshop are for personal use only.

• The organizer may take photos and videos during the workshop for promotional purposes.
• By attending, participants consent to be photographed or recorded. If you wish not to be photographed, kindly inform the organizer before the event.
• Participants are responsible for their own belonging, safety, and well-being during the event.

• The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant who causes disruption or discomfort to others.
• We will communicate with you using the contact details provided for the purposes of the Workshop. You agree that we may send your demographic details to the workshop contractors for planning purposes.
• In the event there’s a cancellation, postponement or change of venue shall be limited to the price paid by you for such Workshop and we shall not be liable under any circumstances for any consequential losses.
• All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include 6% Sales & Service Tax (SST).
• This workshop is eligible for GSC Rewards Members coin collection.
• This workshop is open to GSC Rewards Members only.
