In a remote coastal village, the locals suffer under the tyranny of Ranatunga, a ruthless criminal who terrorises the community. When a traveling stranger has a chance encounter with Ranatunga`s men, he uncovers the villagers` plight and the deep-rooted corruption. Realising their suffering, he rises to challenge the oppression and becomes a beacon of hope for the village.
